The aim of the Membership is to provide its members with the opportunity to experience the many dimensions of the Way of Tea and to support the activities of the Urasenke Foundation's London Branch in disseminating the Way of Tea throughout the United Kingdom.
Activities and facilites available to members:
1. Training
2. Tea gatherings (Chakai)
Members may invite one non-member to accompany them to any of these events.
3.Lectures and Workshops
Kaiseki Cookeries, The History of Chado, Kireji (fabrics), Chashaku Making , Chaji, Haigata , Mizuya practice, lectures with Chado related themes with invited lecturers.
5. Other benefits
Members may borrow books and video tapes from the Branch.
